Small patients in clinical trials (Poland) - questionnaire for Sponsors and CROs

Thank you for the interest in a survey "Little Patients in clinical trials". It is conducted by the K.I.D.S. Foundation with the support of the Association for Good Clinical Practice in Poland and NGL Legal law firm.

The purpose of this survey is to gather information on awareness and knowledge regarding the topic of pediatric clinical trials. The collected information will be used to plan and implement activities aimed at supporting the development and facilitation of such research in Poland.

The questionnaire is intended for representatives of Sponsors of clinical trials and CROs operating in Poland.

It takes about 10 minutes to answer all questions.

Participation in the survey is completely voluntary. You can resign from participation at any time, without suffering any consequences. All data will be analyzed collectively and without the possibility of identifying any personal data of individual respondents.
